Petitioner named Imtiyaz Ali Palsaniya has filed for a review petition in the Supreme Court against the Constitution Bench decision in K.S. Puttaswamy v. Union of India<\/em> (Aadhaar-5 Judge),\u00a02018 SCC Online SC 1642<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

In the1448-pages detailed judgment, 5- Judge Bench comprising of former CJ Dipak Misra and A.K. Sikri, A.M. Khanwilkar, Dr D.Y. Chandrachud and Ashok Bhushan, JJ. by a majority of 4:1, declared the Aadhaar (Targeted Delivery of Financial and Other Subsidies, Benefits and Services) Act, 2016 to be valid and not violative of the fundamental right to privacy.<\/p>\n

The said judgment has been challenged by the petitioner who stated that \u2018various grounds urged in applications filed weren\u2019t considered by the Court.<\/strong>‘<\/p>\n
