With the objective to make meaningful contributions to the field, we encourage our\u00a0authors to explore contemporary issues and areas often overlooked relating to intellectual\u00a0property law and policy.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Intellectual Property Law Review is a student-edited, peer-reviewed, double blind and\u00a0open access journal. We invite contributions from practitioners in the legal profession,\u00a0undergraduate and post-graduate students, researchers and academicians in the form of articles,\u00a0essays, notes, commentaries and reviews.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">NATURE OF SUBMISSIONS:<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Articles: (5000 \u2013 7000 words)<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Essays: (3000 \u2013 5000 words)<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Notes, Comments and Reviews: (1000 \u2013 3000 words)<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">These word limits are inclusive of footnotes.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">All submissions are to be made in electronic form and must be sent to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:theiplawreview@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">theiplawreview@gmail.com<\/a>\u00a0on or before 16th January, 2019, 11:59 PM. No other\u00a0form of submission shall be accepted.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">All submissions must include an abstract not exceeding 500 words.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">A separate document providing a brief note including the following information: Name,\u00a0Address, Postal Address, Name and Address of Institution, Course of Study (if\u00a0applicable), Academic Year.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">The manuscript itself should be free of any identification of the author.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Co-authorship is limited to two.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">By submitting the article, the author undertakes that the article is an original work and\u00a0has not been submitted, accepted or published elsewhere.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">All submissions will be subject to a plagiarism check at the first stage of evaluation. If\u00a0a work is found to be not original or plagiarised, it stands rejected at the first instance.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Receipt of submission shall be intimated within one week of the authors\u2019 submission.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">A minimum period of three months from the final date for submission of articles is reserved before the communication of acceptance is made to the author.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">FORMATTING GUIDELINES:<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">All submissions must be made in Word Format (.doc)\/(.docx).<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">The body of the manuscript should be in Times New Roman, size 12 with 1.5 spacing.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Bluebook (20th ed.) is to be followed for the citation format.
