Also, the medical sub-centre at the Panchayat was locked up leading to unavailability to access the only medical facility in the area. But the concern here was that the respondent never gave heed to it neither into the cause of the matter leading to the current situation nor any arrangements have been made to remediate it.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Taking into account the poor residents of the area and the irresponsible acts of the respondent, the Court ordered to provide all remedial measures for the above with immediate effect.
