As per the conceptual plan of the area the location was suggested in the mid of residential area, hospital etc. and as a result, the waste of the slaughter birds was likely to cause pollution and emanate foul smell.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">After going through the requisite conditions for the grant of permission to operate slaughterhouses, the court was of the view that all the mandates shall be taken into consideration and every slaughterhouse shall have requisite facilities for operating the same with keeping into account the requirements of the local surrounding residents.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Accordingly, the Court directed the respondents to make sure that all necessary preventive measures were taken with respect to the waste generated ensuring no nuisance to the adjoining areas.
