Karia, J. allowed a bail application giving consideration to the previous record of the under-trial prisoner.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The petitioner had applied before the High Court for a temporary bail on the ground of attending engagement ceremony of his son.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Court considered the trial record of the petitioner with due regard to the fact that he surrendered on time when he was last released on a temporary bail. The conduct of the petitioner for the time he has spent in jail was also found to be good.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Accordingly, his bail application was allowed with directions to visit jail once every week till the time he was on bail period.[Sakir Akbarbhai Mansuri v.
