ILS Law College, Pune in collaboration with Swasthya Adhikar Manch, Indore announces a two day National seminar on legal aspects of Clinical Trials with the central theme being \u201cCLINICAL TRIALS IN INDIA: LAW, REGULATION AND CHALLENGES\u201d.<\/p>\n

Research Papers on the following themes are invited from the Student Presenters<\/strong>\u00a0currently pursuing their LL.M.)<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Effectiveness of Ethics Committee in the regulatory framework.<\/li>\n
  2. Subjects for clinical trial and their Human Rights<\/li>\n
  3. Comparative Analysis of Consent Process for Clinical Trials in different countries and India<\/li>\n
  4. Role and Responsibilities of institutions as well as individuals conducting trials and other stakeholders (sponsors and investigators)<\/li>\n
  5. Critical analysis of Regulatory system for clinical trials in India<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    This is not an exhaustive list.\u00a0 Students may choose to write on any other relevant topic.<\/u><\/p>\n

    Instructions for sending the abstract and papers<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. Researcher must submit a 500-word abstract on any of the sub themes \/any other relevant topic providing an overview of the proposed paper by e-mail to\u00a0pgdepartmentils@gmail.com<\/a>\u00a0\u00a0on or before \u00a017th<\/sup>\u00a0November,2018<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    2. The researcher must include a current CV with the submitted abstract.<\/li>\n
    3. The organizing committee will notify each researcher of whether his or her abstract has been accepted by\u00a026th<\/sup>November 2018<\/strong>.\u00a0 Decisions of the organizing committee to accept papers for presentation at the conference shall be final.<\/li>\n
    4. Researchers selected by the organizing committee to participate in the conference must submit their complete paper on or before of\u00a017th<\/sup>\u00a0December 2018<\/strong>. Papers must be submitted by e-mail to\u00a0pgdepartmentils@gmail.com<\/a><\/li>\n
