The Centre seeks essays on the topic \u201c<b>Intellectual Property Responses to New Frontier Technologies: Challenges and Solutions<\/b>.\u201d<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Eligibility: <\/b>The competition is open to LLB and LLM students studying in any of the recognized Law Schools\/Colleges\/Departments of the Universities.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Submission Guidelines: <\/b><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Submissions are to be made in electronic form only and are to be sent to <a href=\"mailto:cipr@nuals.ac.in\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-auth=\"NotApplicable\"><strong>cipr@nuals.ac.in<\/strong><\/a>.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">The essay should be in English, not exceeding 3000 words (excluding footnotes)<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Only one essay per participant will be permitted. Multiple submissions will lead to immediate disqualification.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">The essay should be accompanied by an abstract not exceeding 300 words.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Co-authorship is permitted, subjected to a limit of maximum two authors per submission.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">The cover page should include Name, Address, e-mail id, Contact number and name of the College\/University along with address and class of the Participant. In case of co-authorship, the covering letter should include details of both the authors<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">No part of the submission should have been published earlier nor should it be under consideration for publication or a contest elsewhere.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Any form of plagiarism will result in immediate disqualification.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">The essay should not contain names or any other marks which reveal the identity of the author.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Duly filled Declaration Form (available <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/0BwZxNQPZ32CaY1JjUHVsakc2VUk\/view\"><strong>here<\/strong><\/a>) must accompany the essay.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<p><strong>Formatting Guidelines<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">All submissions must follow the Bluebook system of citation 19th edition.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Submissions are to be made in Times New Roman, Font Size: 12, Line spacing: 1.5, Footnote size: 10<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Submissions may be made in .doc\/.docx\/.odt formats only.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Deadline:
