The ICC’s International Court of Arbitration is one of the leading arbitral institutions across the world, pioneering the effective resolution of international disputes since 1923. About the Lecture: <\/strong>The lecture shall be conducted on\u00a0Monday, 15th October 2018<\/strong>\u00a0at\u00a03 pm in the Orientation Hall.\u00a0The resource person for this lecture shall be\u00a0Mr. Ajay Thomas, who will be speaking on the theme of “Maritime Arbitration<\/strong>“.<\/p>\n About the Resource Person: <\/strong>Mr. Ajay Thomas is an independent arbitrator and advocate based in New Delhi, India. From 2009-2016, he was Director and Registrar with the Indian subsidiary of the London Court of International Arbitration, also a member of the LCIA India Board of Directors. Prior to joining LCIA India, Mr. Thomas was a Counsel with the Singapore International Arbitration Centre. In addition to supervising the administration of arbitrations, Mr. Thomas was the Head of the South Asia desk of the SIAC.
