TGLR is\u00a0 a student \u00a0edited, peer \u00a0reviewed, annual law journal which aims at providing a platform for an inter-disciplinary approach towards the study of law. In the past, the law review has seen contributions from eminent legal scholars from around the globe.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>G<\/strong><strong>U<\/strong><strong>I<\/strong><strong>D<\/strong><strong>EL<\/strong><strong>IN<\/strong><strong>E<\/strong><strong>S: <\/strong>TGLR is open for academicians, practitioners, doctoral students and research scholars. All submissions must be accompanied with an abstract of not more than 250 words. Up to 5 keywords should also be provided.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Please note that, TGLR does not follow any particular theme. However, preference would be given to the submissions made pertaining to contemporary legal issues. The contributions submitted towards publication in TGLR must not have been previously published or currently submitted for publication elsewhere.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The contributions shall be evaluated on the basis \u00a0of\u00a0 originality, \u00a0innovativeness, \u00a0clarity and\u00a0\u00a0 technical \u00a0correctness. \u00a0Authors \u00a0shall solely be responsible for the accuracy of statements in the article. Co-authorship is allowed to a maximum of 2 authors. The manuscript must not contain the name of the author\/s or his\/her institutional affiliation or any other information. A cover letter containing the name \u00a0of \u00a0the \u00a0author,\u00a0 professional information, contact details and other relevant information must be provided.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>C<\/strong><strong>A<\/strong><strong>T<\/strong><strong>E<\/strong><strong>G<\/strong><strong>O<\/strong><strong>RIES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Articles (5000-8000 words, excluding footnotes).<\/li>\n<li>Essays (3000-4000 words, excluding footnotes).<\/li>\n<li>Book Reviews\/Case \u00a0Commentary\/ Legislative Comments (1500-2500 words, excluding footnotes).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>F<\/strong><strong>O<\/strong><strong>R<\/strong><strong>M<\/strong><strong>A<\/strong><strong>T<\/strong><strong>T<\/strong><strong>I<\/strong><strong>N<\/strong><strong>G AND <\/strong><strong>C<\/strong><strong>I<\/strong><strong>T<\/strong><strong>A<\/strong><strong>T<\/strong><strong>I<\/strong><strong>O<\/strong><strong>N <\/strong><strong>S<\/strong><strong>T<\/strong><strong>Y<\/strong><strong>L<\/strong><strong>E<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Submissions \u00a0must\u00a0 \u00a0be\u00a0 \u00a0made\u00a0 \u00a0in Microsoft Office (doc.\/docx.) formats only.<\/li>\n<li>The paper should be free from all grammatical and spelling errors.<\/li>\n<li>The body of the manuscript must be in the font \u2018Times New Roman\u2019, font size 12, line spacing 1.5 and the text should justified.<\/li>\n<li>All footnotes must be in Font \u2018Times New Roman\u2019, font size 10, line spacing 1. All submissions must follow the \u2018The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation \u00a0(20th Edition)\u2019.<\/li>\n<li>Non-conformity could be a ground for rejection.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>S<\/strong><strong>U<\/strong><strong>BMISSION <\/strong><strong>P<\/strong><strong>ROCEDURE: <\/strong>The deadline for making submissions is 30th December, 2018.
