He taught us that the ends cannot justify the means and the means to an end are just as important and should thus be as righteous as the ends. In these turbulent times it is important that we embrace the teachings of the Mahatma closer than ever to brave the tides and persevere.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">On this note the Editorial Team of Public Law Bulletin wishes you all the best and hope you enjoy this edition of our publication as much as you enjoyed the preceding ones and looks forward to suggestions, criticisms and contributions.
