The ILNU team comprising of Rishabh Jain, Shipra Sayal and Shubham Gupta has won the citation of the\u00a0Best Memorial\u00a0in the\u00a04th GNLU Moot on Securities and Investment law, 2018.<\/p>\n

As the name suggests, the subject-matter of the moot is\u00a0Securities and Investment Law, and it is a matter of great pride to see students exploring such a technical area in their Third Year itself.\u00a0\u00a0This was a team that had been working on this moot\u00a0proposition day and night in\u00a0Ahmedabad during their vacations, and the same is visible from their written submissions also. The team had been applauded by the judges for the creative arguments in the prelims rounds and won the second rounds of prelims by 9-0. However, the team lost the first round of prelims by a margin of 6-3.<\/p>\n
