Connaissance is the annual debating and literary festivals being organised at Institute of Law, Nirma University, Ahmedabad. We heartily invite you to join us in the 9th edition of this festival; which is going to be held from\u00a0<\/span>12<\/span>th<\/span><\/sup>\u00a0to 14<\/span>th<\/span><\/sup>\u00a0of October, 2018.<\/span>\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

Connaissance is a matter of huge pride for the ILNU family because here we envisage a wide range of events packed into three days of celebration. Over the years we have been witnessing participation pan India in a wide range of workshops and competitions to choose to partake in. This, along with quality entertainment is our promise to all those who come to join us in this event.<\/p>\n

We have previously played host to esteemed guests like Mr. Piyush Mishra, Terribly Tiny Tales, Unerase Poetry, Airplane Poetry Movement, Archer Art Gallery and the like. Our National Parliamentary\u00a0Debate<\/b>\u00a0and\u00a0Youth Parliament<\/b>\u00a0is quite a buzz amongst participating colleges and universities and ranks amongst the tier of the most reputed competitions in their respective categories. We also organize national\u00a0quiz<\/b>\u00a0competition which is an event every participant looks forward to being a part of.<\/p>\n

This year, we present to you\u00a0Meraki<\/b>\u00a0– An Art exhibition which will portray the beautiful paintings by local artists of Ahmedabad,\u00a0Perspectives<\/b>\u00a0– A Photography workshop, being hosted by and\u00a0Karnavati Dialogue<\/b>\u00a0where we intend to invite one of the most eminent speakers and more than that a well-known academician to deliver an insightful lecture for the students.\u00a0Also, a very\u00a0interesting workshop for fictional story-telling is being organised in association with\u00a0Webnnel<\/b>.\u00a0All responsible organisers of these events have been working very hard from the last few months to shape up the event and bring more quality and perspective to it.<\/p>\n

We heartily invite you to grace the occasion with your presence on 13th October, 2018 and share a piece of your art with us.<\/span><\/p>\n

About Connaissance: <\/strong>Connaissance is the Annual Literary and Debating Festival organised at Institute of Law, Nirma University, Ahmedabad. What began as a student initiative to inculcate among the young masses a spirit of literary enthusiasm; has now become a mission not only to highlight the importance of literature, but also to successfully put forth a platform for the youth to develop new ideas, beyond a literary sense. Connaissance is envisaged with a view to put forth ideas, which are not only literal, but are also in metaphoric forms, such as art.<\/p>\n

Brief History: <\/strong>Within a span of 8 years, Connaissance has created for itself a niche among the top literary events pan India. This, along with quality entertainment, is our promise to all those who come to join us in this event. Our National Debate and Youth Parliament is a buzz among participating colleges and universities such that it ranks among the top-tier of events which are organised on the same lines. Also, under Connaissance, we host National Quiz that attracts not only huge local participation but also participation from various law colleges across India.<\/p>\n
