It focuses on issues related to various aspects of laws and emerging trends of legal issues.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>About Maharashtra National Law University, Aurangabad: <\/strong>Maharashtra National Law University, Aurangabad has been established by the Maharashtra National Law University Act, 2014 (Mah. Act No. VI of 2014), of Maharashtra State Legislature and the university has been successful in instilling a sense of broad perspective along with scholastic and reflexive capabilities, bearing in mind larger national and humanitarian goals in its students. The university intends to invoke discussions and ventilation of thought-provoking ideas on varied legal issues from the faculty, jurists, scholars and students in India and abroad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Categories for Submission: <\/strong>The Student Editorial Committee of SLR is pleased to invite submissions from Academicians and Professionals, Members of the Bar and Bench, Government Officials, Research Scholars, and Students.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The journal does not restrict its scope to any particular legal sphere or area; hence the theme of the submissions may revolve around any contemporary issues of law and allied disciplines. The Student Editorial Committee of SLR invites submissions under the following heads:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Research Papers<\/strong>: The word limit should range between 4000-6000 words.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Notes and Comments<\/strong>: The word limit should range between 3000-4500 words.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Case Comments<\/strong>: The word limit should range between 2000-3000 words.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Book Reviews<\/strong>: The word limit should range between 1500-2500 words.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The above specified word limits shall be exclusive of footnotes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>F<\/strong><strong>ormatting Guidelines:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">The citations must conform to the <strong>Bluebook, 19<\/strong><strong>t<\/strong><strong>h <\/strong><strong>Edition.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Submissions should be in Times New Roman font, font size 12 with 1.5 line spacing, text justified and 1.0-inch margins on all sides of A4 sheet.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Footnotes should be in Times New Roman font, font size 10 with 1.0 line spacing.<strong> *<\/strong>Endnotes are not allowed.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Headings should be as follows-\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>M<\/strong><strong>ain Heading <\/strong>(Center-aligned)<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Sub<\/strong><strong>&#8211;<\/strong><strong>Heading<\/strong> (Left-aligned)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Graphics, Charts, Tables and Diagrams should be numbered consecutively and included in the body of the research.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Submissions must be compatible with Microsoft Word 2007 or a higher version.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>G<\/strong><strong>u<\/strong><strong>idelines for Submission:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Research papers, notes and comments must be accompanied by an abstract of not more than 250 words.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Co-authorship up to two authors is allowed.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">The submissions must be mailed at <a href=\"mailto:nluaslr@gmail.com\"><strong>mnluaslr@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">The submissions must be original work of the author(s). 15% in toto and 10% from a single source with acknowledgment will be considered within the permissible limits of plagiarism.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Submitted entries must not have been sent for consideration at any other place for presentation or publication.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Anonymity and Biographical Information of the Author(s): <\/strong>The manuscript must not have any indication of the identity of the author. However, a covering email\/letter with the biographical information of the author(s) must be sent, which should include the following details: Name, E-mail address, Designation (Course and Academic Year, if applicable), Contact Details, Postal Address, Institutional affiliation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Sub<\/strong><strong>m<\/strong><strong>ission Deadline:<\/strong> The last date for submission of full Research Paper\/Notes\/Comments\/Case Comment and Book Review is up to<strong> 21<\/strong><strong>st
