Supreme Court: <\/strong>The Bench comprising of CJ Dipak Misra and A.M. Khanwilkar and Dr D.Y. Chandrachud, JJ., addressed the matter concerning \u201cMonitoring progress with regard to formulation of national policy on Drug Demand Reduction<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n

The learned Additional Solicitor General Pinky Anand on behalf of Union of India stated that substantial steps have been taken in regard to the above-stated matter and accordingly a status report has also been filed. Further, the ASG submitted that National Plan for the same has been finalised. She also submitted before the Bench that there is a requirement for four months time to cover all the states and the analysis to be made by AIIMS.<\/p>\n
