The issue in the said matter was that, no finalization being done after 10 months of the plan being on the table.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">ASG appeared on behalf of the State of Jammu and Kashmir and stated that a State Advisory Council would be constituted and the plan would be considered in totality and a decision will be taken within a period of 3 weeks.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The matter is further listed for 30-08-2018.
