But CJI on consultation with the other judges on the bench declined to do so.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Srikrishna Committee laid down the measures that could be adopted in order to protect the personal information of the citizens, the role and duties of the data processors and rights of Individuals along with the penalties for violation of the data protection measures.<\/p>\n<p
