For the same purpose if any other steps are also to be taken in order to improve the connectivity in the stated areas then the Court shall be apprised for the same.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The other point of concern raised and also has to be taken care of by the Respondent 4 are the postal services in the stated tribal areas. A report has to be filed on the availability of the postal services in regard to the shortage of postal stamps, postcards, etc. The said issue of postal services was raised due to acute shortage of postal stamps and postcards being noticed in the post office Hikkim, District Lahul and Spiti, the highest post office in the world.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Therefore, the Hon&#8217;ble bench of judges has asked to file a report and take necessary actions, needed, for the raised issues and concerns for the improvement of the connectivity in tribal areas.
