The President in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of Article 222 of the Constitution of lndia, after consultation with the Chief Justice of lndia, transferred Shri Justice Thottathil Bhaskaran Nair Radhakrishnan, Chief Justice of the Chhattisgarh High Court, as the Chief Justice of the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the States of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh and directed him to assume charge of the office of the Chief Justice of the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the States of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh on or before 16th July, 2018.<\/p>\n
