This year the competition is grandeur as it is organized\u00a0in\u00a0association with the Competition Commission of India. The Moot Court Organizing Committee, ILNU is pleased to invite team from your esteemed institution to participate in this eulogized moot court competition.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We are delighted to announce that we have also associated with\u00a0Gaggar and Partners, one of the most renowned law firms of the country in the field of Competition Law, as organizing partners of the competition. We are also pleased to announce that we have also associated with\u00a0SCC Online\u00a0and\u00a0Eastern Book Company\u00a0as the Exclusive Official Knowledge Partner of the Competition. Further, we are also honoured that\u00a0The SCC Online blog\u00a0will be our official Media Partner and\u00a0Practical Lawyer\u00a0will be the Magazine Partner for the competition.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Team Composition &amp; Eligibility: <\/b>All teams shall consist of a maximum of three participants (two members designated as \u2018Speaker\u2019 and one member designated as \u2018Researcher\u2019), enrolled as full-time L.L.B. students (both 3 year and 5 year programme) in the law school they represent at the time of the Competition. No person enrolled in a postgraduate law programme may act as a team member.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Theme:\u00a0<\/b>The problem for this edition of the moot is based on Competition Law and Constitutional Law.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Prizes<\/b>:\u00a0Prizes worth\u00a0Rs. 1.5 lakh\u00a0and the top two teams will also secure 1 month internship
