Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs) is that field of law which seeks to reward and protect the creation of the intellectual labour and skill of individuals. With the ever-increasing needs of the society, there is a constant requirement of creative thinking to address the needs and wants of mankind.Intellectual Property Rights was hence created with the objective of promoting creativity and to reward the creator with economic and moral achievements. But with the changing environment in industrial and economic sectors, the subject matter of IPR changed from protection of creativity to economic exploitation of the tangible property derived from an intangible idea.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Call for Papers: <\/strong>Original and well researched- research papers, case studies, and survey reports are invited from the academics, practitioners, researchers, scientists, students and other stakeholders working and interested in the field of IPR. Research papers shall be subject to the approval of Editorial Board for inclusion in the seminar proceedings. It must analyze the current position in the field, identify the lacunae therein, along with rendering constructive suggestions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Short Articles <\/strong>(3500\u20136000 words, including footnotes)<br \/>\nPapers in this category must undertake a more comprehensive study of specific topics, providing a new perspective and critical insight into the subject.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>How to submit: <\/strong>All submissions are to be made via e-mail as word documents (preferably Microsoft Word 2007 or 2010). Authors can submit their manuscripts at\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:iprconference@nluassam.ac.in\">iprconference@nluassam.ac.in<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Important Dates<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Submission of Abstracts: 30th\u00a0June 2018.<\/li>\n<li>Acceptance of Abstracts: 5th\u00a0July 2018.<\/li>\n<li>Final submission: 31st\u00a0July 2018.<\/li>\n<li>Conference Date: 18th\u00a0\u2013 19th\u00a0August 2018.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Authors who do not follow these guidelines may have their submission returned to them without being reviewed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Registration Fee: <\/strong>Participants may register as paper presenters or as delegates.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Professional and Academicians: Rs.2000\/-<\/li>\n<li>Students and Research Scholars: Rs.1000\/-<\/li>\n<li>Students of NLUJAA: Rs.500\/-<\/li>\n<li>Delegates: Rs.750\/-<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Co-authors must register individually. The registration fee includes admission to all technical sessions, conference kit, materials, lunch and high tea during the designated breaks for the duration of the conference.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Awards\/Prizes: <\/strong>Every presenter shall get a Certificate of Presentation and Delegates will get a Certificate of Participation.
