The President, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of Article 222 of the Constitution of India, after consultation with the Chief Justice of India, transferred Shri Justice Hrishikesh Roy, Judge of the Gauhati High Court, as a Judge of the Kerala High Court and directed him to assume charge of his office in the Kerala High Court on or before 11th June, 2018.<\/p>\n
