He is an alumnus of NALSAR obtaining his\u00a0BA LL.B (Hons)\u00a0degree in 2008 and thereby went on to read BCL from the University of Oxford. He writes regularly for academic journals and other media outlets on issues of judiciary, and constitutional law and theory.<br \/>\nMr Alok will present empirical data to break down the issues regarding delays and capacity problem in the judiciary, along with talking about the credibility issues of the court. The talk will also shed light on the historic and recent events which culminated in the historic press conference of the Supreme Court Judges earlier this
