The volume contains 17 research papers penned by students of SAARC region highlighting the challenges faced by indigenous communities with detailed examination of existing constitutional and legal regime concerning the protection of rights of Indigenous communities.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>The Guest of Honor, Justice Anil Kumar Sinha<\/strong>, Judge Supreme Court of Nepal, quoted Martin Luther King \u201cInjustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere\u2026\u201d He said that have to learn by doing, and have to carve our own path, without naming the media houses, he said that a few media trials in Nepal have had a very strong impact on the judiciary.
