The users may download the e-gazette so published free of charge from the above mentioned Official website. The Department of Publication under Ministry of Urban Development shall maintain the record of notifications published for reference whenever required. \u00a0The said notification was issued having regard to provisions of Section 8 of the Information Technology Act, 2000.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"right\"><b><span lang=\"EN-US\">-Ministry of Urban
