Special Investigation Team that was probing the cases had earlier closed the investigation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Court, re-directing the investigation, said that a 3-member committee headed by a retire High Court judge will conduct a fresh probe in the matter.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The 1984 anti-Sikh riots broke out as a response to the assassination of
