As part of its MoU with GIFT, GNLU, through its Centre for Banking and Financial Laws is organizing the second Round-Table on the theme of \u201cUsing Dispute Resolution through the Singapore International Arbitration Centre at the GIFT\u201d on 08 January 2018 between 11:15 am and 12:45 pm.<\/p>\n

The esteemed speakers for the Round table are Hon\u2019ble Mr. Justice Mohit S. Shah, Former Chief Justice, Bombay High Court; Mr. Ashishkumar Chauhan, MD & CEO, Bombay Stock Exchange; Mr. Pranav Mago, Head South Asia, Singapore International Arbitration Centre; and Prof (Dr.) Bimal N. Patel, Director, Gujarat National Law University.<\/p>\n

The second Round-Table is being organized with an aim to contribute policy interventions by way of deliberation and discourse. The agenda includes a small introductory talk by the esteemed speakers on the said theme followed by discussions from representatives of GIFT who will bring to the fore the practical difficulties faced by them. The outcomes of the Round-Table will be encapsulated in the form of a policy document including plausible solutions mutually prepared by GNLU and GIFT.<\/p>\n
