Pancholi of the Gujarat High Court upheld the validity of the law regulating the fees of self-financed schools in the state.\u00a0The Gujarat Self Financed Schools (Regulation of Fees) Act capped the fees of primary, secondary and higher secondary schools at Rs. 15,000, Rs. 25,000 and Rs. 27,000 per annum respectively.\u00a0The Court held that the Rules under the Act were \u201creasonable restrictions\u201d within the meaning of Article 19(6) of the Constitution.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As reported by The Indian Express in its news report dated 28.12.2017, a Division Bench comprising of Chief Justice R.
