The Journal Committee is pleased to announce the call for papers of\u00a0The RMLNLU Law Journal on Communications, Media, Entertainment &amp; Technology,\u00a0Volume 5.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Call for Papers<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Journal invites submissions in the form of\u00a0articles,\u00a0case comments\u00a0and\u00a0book reviews from law students, academicians and legal professionals.<\/p>\n<p>The submissions may be on any contemporary legal issue connected with media law and its allied fields of communications, entertainment and technology.<\/p>\n<p>The prescribed word limit is\u00a05000-8000 words\u00a0in case of articles,\u00a03000-6000 words\u00a0in case of case comments and\u00a02000-4000 words\u00a0in case of book reviews (excluding abstract, whose word limit is prescribed in the guidelines that follow, and footnotes, wherein speaking footnotes must be avoided wherever possible).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"x_signature\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<div id=\"x_divtagdefaultwrapper\" dir=\"ltr\">\n<p>Each of these entries will be required to conform to the set of guidelines which follow.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Submission Guidelines<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Authors must strictly adhere to guidelines, failing which their submissions may not be considered.<\/p>\n<p>The author(s) is\/are required to attach a\u00a0Covering Letter\u00a0containing all personal details (Name of the author\/s, their degrees, Designation, Name of College\/University\/Institution, Postal Address, Phone Number and E-mail ID) in separate document with the entry.<\/p>\n<p>All submissions must be attached to the email in Microsoft Word (.doc\/.docx) format.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0Entry\u00a0must be typewritten in the font:\u00a0Times New Roman, Font Size:\u00a012, Line Spacing:\u00a01.5\u00a0and justified alignment.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0Citations\u00a0must be typewritten in the font:\u00a0Times New Roman, Font Size:10, Line Spacing:\u00a01.0\u00a0and justified alignment.<\/p>\n<p>Citation style must adhere to the\u00a0OSCOLA\u00a0Method (4th Edition). See <a href=\"https:\/\/www.law.ox.ac.uk\/sites\/files\/oxlaw\/oscola_4th_edn_hart_2012.pdf\">HERE<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Indian cases must be cited as per the Supreme Court Cases (SCC) citation wherever applicable.<\/p>\n<p>An entry may be authored by\u00a0no more\u00a0than\u00a0two\u00a0people.<\/p>\n<p>Each author or team of co-authors\u00a0may not\u00a0submit more than one entry. Multiple entries from the same author shall lead to automatic disqualification.<\/p>\n<p>The submission must include an abstract of 250-300 words with the author(s)\u2019 name and\u00a0college as a footnote (The author will send the abstract along with the entry and need not submit the abstract individually).<\/p>\n<p>Articles are invited from\u00a0LL.B, LL.M Students\u00a0as well as\u00a0Ph.D Scholars,\u00a0Academicians\u00a0and\u00a0Legal Professionals.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Submissions at<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The submissions may be emailed in Microsoft Word (.doc\/.docx) format to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:cmet.rmlnlu@gmail.com\">cmet.rmlnlu@gmail.com<\/a>. The attached submission in the email, i.e., the file name must bear the names of the author(s).
