The theme for the current Competition would relate to \u2018Oil exploration and underwater cultural heritage<em>\u2019<\/em>, and will cover areas concerning oil exploration and its possible effect on cultural heritage, enumerating cultural rights of the people and the international legal\u00a0 consequences of oil spill attributable to States.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">View the <a href=\"http:\/\/blog.scconline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/8th-Paras-Diwan_Moot-Problem.pdf\">Moot Problem<\/a>, the <a href=\"http:\/\/blog.scconline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/Registration-form.docx\">Registration form<\/a> and the <a href=\"http:\/\/blog.scconline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/8th-Paras-Diwan-RULE-BOOK.pdf\">Rule Book<\/a>. All the details are explicitly mentioned in the rule book.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Also, we request you to note the following things:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>The payment details are mentioned in the rule book.<\/li>\n<li>The scanned copy of the\u00a0registration form, proof for transaction ID of the payment made\u00a0and soft copy\u00a0of the memorials must be e-mailed to <a href=\"mailto:mootcourt@ddn.upes.ac.in\">mootcourt@ddn.upes.ac.in<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Hard copy of the registration form must reach us via post on the postal address mentioned in the rule book on or before 10th of January, 2018. ( In most unforeseen circumstances certain delays maybe accepted. However, this is purely on the discretion of the organizing committee.)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Furthermore, the<strong> updated schedule<\/strong> for the moot is as follows:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1. Final registration: <strong>10th of\u00a0January, 2018.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2. Memorial Submission (soft-copy): 11:59 a.m.: <strong>18th February, 2018.<\/strong> (Delay in hours succeeding will be subjected to penalty).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">3.
