NOTIFICATION <\/strong><\/p>\n

G.S.R. 1473(E).\u2014<\/strong>In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (4) of\u00a0 Section 4 read with Section 35 of the National Green Tribunal Act, 2010 (19 of 2010),\u00a0 the Central Government hereby makes following rules to amend the National Green Tribunal (Practices and Procedure) Rules, 2011, namely:\u2014<\/p>\n

1.Short title and commencement<\/strong>.\u2014 (1) These rules may be called the National Green Tribunal (Practices and Procedure) Amendment Rules, 2017.<\/p>\n

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.<\/p>\n

2. In the National Green Tribunal (Practices and Procedure) Rules, 2011, in Rule 3, in sub-rule (1), the following proviso shall be inserted, namely:\u2014<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u201cProvided that in exceptional circumstances the Chairperson may constitute a Single Member Bench.\u201d.<\/p>\n
