The Services in industry \u2018Manufacturing of Alumina and Aluminium\u2019 and \u2018Mining of Bauxite\u2019 which is covered by item 30 and 31 of the First Schedule to the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (14 of 1947) have been declared to be a Public Utility Service <\/b> for a further period of six months with effect from November 16, 2017. Earlier these services were declared as Public Utility Service <\/b> for a period of six month with effect from May 16, 2017.<\/p>\n
