The Review is published annually and\u00a0is entirely managed by the editorial board under the able guidance of its eminent advisory panel\u00a0comprising of eminent legal luminaries from around the world.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>THEMES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_gmail-MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">o\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0One Nation, One Election: A Constitutional Reality?<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_gmail-MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">o\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Merits &amp; De-Merits of Cyber Sovereignty<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_gmail-MsoListParagraphCxSpLast\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">o\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Mergers &amp; Competition Law: A Cross Jurisdictional Study<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Law Review is open to any other inter-disciplinary and contemporary issues for publication,\u00a0apart from the ones provided above. The authors are required to intimate the Editorial Board\u00a0about their topics on the email id\u2019s provided below.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>GUIDELINES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_gmail-MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">o\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Authors are required to submit their Abstracts, explaining the aims and objectives of the\u00a0paper, along with five keywords. The word limit for the Abstract is 500 words. Only\u00a0upon the acceptance of Abstracts, will the author be contacted to submit his\/her full\u00a0paper.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_gmail-MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">o\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Manuscripts must be unique and genuine and not plagiarised from any sources.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_gmail-MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">o\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Plagiarism of any sort exceeding 20% in the manuscripts will result in immediate disqualification. The title of the Paper must be appropriate.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_gmail-MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">o\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0The cover page of the paper must contain the title and the details of the authors. The paper should be free from all grammatical and spelling errors.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_gmail-MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">o\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Co-authorship is allowed to a maximum of 2 authors.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_gmail-MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">o\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0All submissions must follow the \u201cThe Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (20th\u00a0Ed.)\u201d. Non-conformity could be a ground for rejection.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_gmail-MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">o\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0The body of the manuscript must be in the font \u201cTimes New Roman\u201d, font size 12, line\u00a0spacing 1.5. All footnotes must be in Font \u201cTimes New Roman\u201d, font size 10, line\u00a0spacing 1. Abstract and full paper Submissions must be made in Microsoft Office (doc.\/docx.) formats only.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">The submissions could be in the following forms:<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">1.
