x_SCXW81351682\" lang=\"EN-US\">The RMLNLU National Mediation competition is a unique initiative that aims to\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"x_TextRun x_SCXW81351682\" lang=\"EN-US\">upskill<\/span><span class=\"x_TextRun x_SCXW81351682\" lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0budding lawyers in Mediation, one of the widely followed techniques of\u00a0alternate\u00a0dispute resolution.\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"x_EOP x_SCXW81351682\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x_OutlineElement x_Ltr x_SCXW81351682\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"x_Paragraph x_SCXW81351682\"><span class=\"x_TextRun x_SCXW81351682\" lang=\"EN-US\">The previous edition of the competition was a huge success garnering participation of about 40 teams from all across India.<\/span><span class=\"x_TextRun x_SCXW81351682\" lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0The competition also became a medium to impart concrete knowledge in the field of mediation through orientation and mock sessions by stalwarts in the field.<\/span><span class=\"x_EOP x_SCXW81351682\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x_OutlineElement x_Ltr x_SCXW81351682\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"x_Paragraph x_SCXW81351682\"><span class=\"x_TextRun x_SCXW81351682\" lang=\"EN-US\">This year<\/span><span class=\"x_TextRun x_SCXW81351682\" lang=\"EN-US\">\u2019s<\/span><span class=\"x_TextRun x_SCXW81351682\" lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0competition is being organized in collaboration with \u2018Peacekeepi<\/span><span class=\"x_TextRun x_SCXW81351682\" lang=\"EN-US\">ng\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"x_TextRun x_SCXW81351682\" lang=\"EN-US\"><span class=\"x_ContextualSpellingAndGrammarError x_SCXW81351682\">And<\/span><\/span><span class=\"x_TextRun x_SCXW81351682\" lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0Conflict Resolution Team<\/span><span class=\"x_TextRun x_SCXW81351682\" lang=\"EN-US\">\u2019 (PACT)<\/span><span class=\"x_TextRun x_SCXW81351682\" lang=\"EN-US\">,\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"x_TextRun x_SCXW81351682\" lang=\"EN-US\">an\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"x_TextRun x_SCXW81351682\" lang=\"EN-US\"><span class=\"x_SpellingError x_SCXW81351682\">organisation<\/span><\/span><span class=\"x_TextRun x_SCXW81351682\" lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0formed under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882 dedicated towards ADR.<\/span><span class=\"x_TextRun x_SCXW81351682\" lang=\"EN-US\"><span class=\"x_NormalTextRun x_SCXW81351682\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"x_TextRun x_SCXW81351682\" lang=\"EN-US\">It shall be the Chief Advising Organizer of IV RMLNLU National Mediation Competition and shall\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"x_TextRun x_Highlight x_SCXW81351682\" lang=\"EN-US\"><span class=\"x_NormalTextRun x_SCXW81351682\">empower the young generation of lawyers in the concept of consensual dispute resolution through orientations<\/span><\/span><span class=\"x_TextRun x_Highlight x_SCXW81351682\"
