Since the establishment in 2013, the fellowship has\u00a0remained a pioneer in organizing a number of research,\u00a0training and extension activities, which include short term\u00a0courses, workshops and seminars. The Research Associates\u00a0under the Fellowship have also undertaken various research\u00a0studies and submitted the same to the various stakeholders of\u00a0the real estate sector.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>ABOUT THE SEMINAR:\u00a0<\/strong>The Real Estate (Regulation &amp; Development) Act, 2016 has\u00a0created a greater transparency in the Real Estate Sector. Real\u00a0Estate is tied with other areas of law like Contract law,\u00a0Business Laws etc. The demand for housing has been\u00a0increasing exponentially from last one decade. It is noticed\u00a0that there is a predictable escalation in the investment via FDI\u00a0route in the real estate sector to achieve housing for all under\u00a0the scheme Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna.
