Hari Shankar\u00a0issued notice in the PIL filed by\u00a0Zarmina Israr Khan. The petitioner praying for directions to either quash or reduce the levy of 12% GST, submitted that\u00a0in the 21st century, the right to access and use sanitary napkins is a fundamental human and
