Chandrachud, JJ\u00a0 had, on<a href=\"http:\/\/blog.scconline.com\/post\/2017\/01\/02\/anurag-thakur-removed-as-bcci-president-ajay-shirke-removed-as-bcci-secretary\/\"> 02.01.2017<\/a>, removed Anurag Thakur, President of BCCI and Ajay Shirke, Secretary, BCCI from their offices and had said that the President and Secretary and office bearers of BCCI have obstructed the implementation of the
