The President in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of Article 217 of the Constitution of India,\u00a0 appointed Shri Lok Pal Singh, and\u00a0 Shri Manoj Kumar Tiwari, to be Judges of the Uttaranchal High Court, in that order of seniority, with effect from the date they\u00a0 assume charge of their respective offices.<\/p>\n

The President\u00a0 in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1)\u00a0 of\u00a0 Article 224 of the Constitution of India,\u00a0 appointed Shri Sharad Kumar Sharma, to be an Additional Judge of the Uttaranchal High Court, for a period of two years with effect from the date he assumes charge of his office.<\/p>\n
