It is the ethos that the journal tries to capture and bring to its discerning readers the submission for its II Issue which is a \u2018Quarterly Journal\u2019 strives to achieve high level of legal scholarship and research.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><u>ELIGIBILITY:\u00a0<\/u><em>\u201cAre you a change maker then there is no need of concerned as an issue of eligibility\u2019\u2019 let people know your eligibility by your own work.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We invite contributions from students, academicians, professionals, policy makers, regulators, think-tanks and researchers around the world.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><u>THEME:\u00a0<\/u>Submissions which deal with any aspect of\u00a0Legal, Social &amp; Economic Issues\u00a0will be considered for publication.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><u>GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSION:\u00a0<\/u>\u00a0All submissions must adhere to the following guidelines:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 1. Cover Letter: The first page should include the following:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Title of the Paper<\/li>\n<li>Name of the Author\/s ;Co-authored papers should give full details about all the authors; Maximum two author permitted<\/li>\n<li>Designation<\/li>\n<li>Institutional affiliation<\/li>\n<li>Correspondence address. In case of co-authored papers First author will be considered for all communication purposes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0All submissions should be accompanied by an abstract of about 200 words outlining the central argument(s) of the paper.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 2. Word limit:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Articles (2000-5000 words),<\/li>\n<li>Essays (2000 words),<\/li>\n<li>Case Comments (1000-2000 words) and<\/li>\n<li>Book Review (1500 words).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\" start=\"3\">\n<li>All submissions must be 1.5 lines spaced in Times New Roman, font size 12 and justified. All submissions have to be in any Uniform citation style.<\/li>\n<li>Only footnotes may be used as the form of citations. All footnotes must be in Times New Roman, size 10, single-spacing and justified.<\/li>\n<li>The submissions must not infringe copyright or any other rights of any third parties.<\/li>\n<li>Electronic submissions via email should be made in Word Format (.doc) or (.docx).<\/li>\n<li>The research paper shall be original and unpublished work.<\/li>\n<li>The paper should not be plagiarized, and free from grammatical, spelling and other errors.<\/li>\n<li>Bibliographies or reference lists are welcome, but not necessary<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><u>CO-AUTHORSHIP OF PAPERS:\u00a0<\/u>Co-authoring of papers between individuals of the same or different institutions is permissible. The maximum no. of authors per submission is two.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><u>PUBLICATION:\u00a0<\/u>The journal will be published at\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.lexkhoj.com\/\"
