The event will be held at Manav Rachna International University, Faridabad. The Workshop is being organized with the able assistance of Faridabad Police and support of various State Police Departments. SCC Online, India\u2019s premier legal database is proud to be associated with the event. PWC, Birla Sun Life and Manav Rachna University are the other sponsors.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The theme of the workshop is \u201c<strong>Criminal Prosecution in India<\/strong>\u201d wherein the invited Experts will share their wisdom on various aspects of this subject. The stakeholders and invitees include Hon&#8217;ble Judges of Delhi and Punjab &amp; Haryana High Courts, Judicial Officers of the lower judiciary, senior Police Officers and their nominated IOs, Public Prosecutors and lawyers so that the interaction becomes conducive and knowledge intensive.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Workshop will be inaugurated by Hon\u2019ble Justice Jasti Chelameswar, Judge, Supreme Court of India. \u00a0Hon\u2019ble Justice Indira Banerjee, Chief Justice of Madras High Court \u00a0will preside over the inaugural session.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Patrons of the event are\u00a0Mr Ram Niwas,\u00a0Addl.
