The President in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 223 of the Constitution of\u00a0India appointed \u00a0Justice Huluvadi Gangadharappa\u00a0Ramesh, senior-most Judge of the Madras High Court, to perform the duties of the\u00a0office of Chief Justice of that High Court with effect from the date \u00a0Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul, relinquishes charge of the office of the Chief Justice of\u00a0the Madras High Court consequent upon his appointment as a Judge of the Supreme\u00a0Court of India.<\/p>\n
