The President in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 223 of the Constitution\u00a0of India \u00a0appointed \u00a0Justice Pritinker Diwaker, seniormost\u00a0Judge of the Chhattisgarh High Court, to perform the duties of the office of\u00a0Chief Justice of that High Court with effect from the date \u00a0Justice Deepak Gupta\u00a0relinquishes charge of the office of the Chief Justice of the Chhattisgarh High Court\u00a0consequent upon his appointment as a Judge of the Supreme Court of India.<\/p>\n
