The Rajiv Gandhi School of Intellectual Property Law (RGSOIPL), established in 2006, is the first Law School in the entire I IT system in India. The School is pioneer in techno-legal education and attempts to meet emerging challenges posed by technology-driven society. Its enviable infrastructure and academic ambiance bonded with friendly atmosphere foster the students\u2019 desire to excel. The RGSOIPL and its faculty constantly strive to cultivate and nurture the spirit of excellence among the students. The educational curriculum of the School includes a three-year Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B Hons, in IP), a two-year Master Degree in Law (LL.M) and a Doctorate Programme (Ph.D.). In a decade of it\u2019s existence, the RGSOIPL has manifested the promotion of legal education and created synergy among science, technology and k<\/p>\n

National Colloquium<\/strong><\/p>\n

Realizing the ever widening application of law and to neutralize the ongoing intrigue and bickering challenges taking place all through, it has been inevitavle to revisit \u2018the structural and operational facets\u2019 of law and to draw inference for innovative research. In this regard, \u00a0RGSOIPL is organizing a three-dav National Colloquium on \u2018Emerging Paradigms and Challenges in Interdisciplinary Legal Research\u2019 on March 24-26, 2017. The colloquium will provide a forum for faculty, research scholars and Master\u2019s degree students, enrolled in various Universities & Law Schools, who are interested to pursue their career in academics and research. This colloquium will provide a unique platform for intensive deliberations on various aspects of interdisciplinary legal research and methodology with leading academicians. The prime objective of the colloquium is to acquaint participants with different facets, dynamics, and emerging trends in interdisciplinary legal research and methodology from the stage of formulation of a research problem to report writing and to equip them with the requisite skills to (re)shape their research problem (if necessary), pursue it in a systematic and effective manner and present it in an impressive manner. The colloquium will also provide an opportunity to the budding academicians to discuss their research proposals with the experts.<\/p>\n

              Guidelines for Abstract Submission:\u00a0<\/strong>Abstracts are invited from legal researchers on any of the above themes and related therewith. Researchers are also encouraged to submit original contributions pertaining to their area of research focusing on the methodology of the work. The abstract should not exceed 300 words.<\/p>\n
