{"id":100821,"date":"2017-01-20T20:03:07","date_gmt":"2017-01-20T14:33:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.scconline.com\/blog\/?p=100821"},"modified":"2020-10-05T10:27:54","modified_gmt":"2020-10-05T04:57:54","slug":"nlu-jodhpur-announces-eighth-nlu-antitrust-moot-court-competition-2017","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.scconline.com\/blog\/post\/2017\/01\/20\/nlu-jodhpur-announces-eighth-nlu-antitrust-moot-court-competition-2017\/","title":{"rendered":"NLU Jodhpur announces Eighth NLU Antitrust Moot Court Competition, 2017"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Eighth NLU Antitrust Law Moot Court Competition, 2017 will be hosted and organized by National Law University, Jodhpur from March 3 to 5, 2017, in association with Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas &amp; Co., and knowledge and research partners, SCC Online\u00ae and Eastern Book Company, under the patronage of the Competition Commission of India.\u00a0Over the last seven years, this competition has grown into one of the biggest moot court competitions in India owing to challenging problems and excellent judging. Likewise, it witnesses the participation of some of the best law colleges in the country. Participants get the opportunity to argue before expert practitioners and academicians, including judges from Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas &amp; Co. and the Competition Commission of India.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Students pursuing three or five year courses of LL.B. degree in the academic year 2016-2017 from any recognised Law School\/College\/University in India are eligible to participate. A maximum of 40 teams shall be permitted to participate in this edition of the competition, the registration for which would be made on a first come first serve basis. moot court competition are listed below:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Release of the Proposition and Rules : 18th Jan, 2017<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Last date for seeking Clarifications : 27th Jan, 2017<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Release of Clarifications : 29th Jan, 2017<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Registration Deadline : 4th Feb, 2017<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Last date for Submission of Electronic Copy of Memorials : 25th Feb, 2017<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Last date for Submission of Printed Copy of Memorials : 3rd March, 2017<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Competition : 3rd-5th March, 2017<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Provisional registration, in case the team composition
