Kartikey Mahajan will be joining Khaitan & Co as a Partner in the Dispute Resolution Practice at the firm’s Singapore office from April 2022. Khaitan & Co set up its office in Singapore in April 2021 as a part of the Firm’s broader strategic view of Singapore as a hub for increasing and significant inbound and outbound opportunities for our domestic and international clientele.
Kartikey Mahajan is qualified to practice law in India, England & Wales (where has rights of audience for all courts) and the State of New York. Prior to joining the Firm, Kartikey was with Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co in Mumbai. He has previously also worked with Magic Circle and White Shoe American law firms in London and Singapore.
With over 10 years of experience in dispute resolution, Kartikey specialises in cross-border and multi-jurisdictional disputes, with specific focus on commercial and investment treaty arbitration. He has also advised clients on white collar, fraud, and corruption issues, and as well as on internal and regulatory investigations.
