The Nyaya Forumis a first of its kind student-initiative at NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad, which is devoted to research and advocacy on issues related to litigation and the judiciary. As a part of our initiative, we encourage discourse that engages diverse practitioners in the field. We have hosted several eminent personalities in this regard, more information on the same can be found here.

An interactive session announced on ‘Patent Litigation: Drafting Clinic- Part 1: Approaching the Court with “Clean Hands”: A hypothetical Saga’, conducted by Ms. Swathi Sukumar. She is a litigator with 15 years of experience in intellectual property disputes.

We will have this session on 5th June 2020 from 4:45 to 6:00 pm. Students are required to submit a draft plaint (not exceeding 4-5 pages) covering the bullet points by 2nd June 2020 and emailing them directly to Ms. Swathi, as mentioned in the pdf. The responses would be discussed in the session on 5th June 2020. Interested students must register themselves by filling this google form at the earliest.Kindly note that we have a limited slot of 30 seats available for this session on a first-come-first-serve basis. Thus, please send in your plaints at the earliest.
