Centre for Arbitration and Research was recently established at MNLU, Mumbai to further the goal of generating awareness about arbitration as a dispute resolution mechanism and to impart professional training to stakeholders in various fields of arbitration law. Further, the Centre shall undertake research projects to assist the Government in policy formulation on arbitration in the country. (More information about the Centre can be accessed here)
 
The Centre is organizing a panel-discussion on the theme of ‘Future of Institutional Arbitration in India‘ on 11 October, 2019 from 4:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. The panel will consist of eminent experts in the field of arbitration discussing the potential impact of the 2019 Amendment and what lies ahead for us, as a country. The discussion is sure to be an exciting and informative one and will also serve as a networking opportunity for the attendees to meet the panelists.
