The team comprising of Devansh Dubey (3rd Year, Oralist-1) Arya Vineeth (2nd Year, Oralist-2) Payas Jain (3rd Year, Researcher-1) Shubhsmita (2nd Year, Researcher-2) emerged as Winners at the 4th Jindal Technology Law and Policy Moot Court Competition.

The Moot Problem was based on the complex and emerging issue of Big Data, Competition Law and Intellectual Property Law. It involved complex privacy and data security concerns with respect to Competition Law.

This was the first time  ILNU took part in this competition.

The team was pitched against team NLIU Bhopal and team Jindal in prelims. The team won both the preliminary rounds. Then team faced MNLU Aurangabad in quarters. The team won by a margin of 70 marks. The team stood as highest scorer both in quarters and prelims. Then team faced ILS Pune in the Semi Finals. The round was close, but judges unanimously decided in favour of team ILNU. Then team was pitched against NLSIU Bangalore in Finals. The finals were judged by 5 Judge Bench. The bench consisted of Justice Pratibha Singh, Vinod Surana, Sheetal Vohra, Arghya Sengupta and Vaibhav Chouksey
