Centre for Criminology and Victimology (CCV), National Law University Delhi (NLU D), and The Indian Society of Criminology (ISC) signed a Memorandum of Understanding on February 22nd 2019, mainly to collaborate and publish jointly—the ‘Indian Journal of Criminology’. Indian Journal of Criminology is the oldest Journal in the country which centers around Criminology. It is being published since 1973, and has already published 43 editions. All of these editions are available online.

On behalf of ISC, Prof. Arvind Tiwari, its President, and Prof. (Dr.) Ranbir Singh, Vice-Chancellor, NLU D and Prof. (Dr.) G. S. Bajpai, Registrar and Chairperson CCV, NLU D, signed the Memorandum of Understanding. The university will now publish this Journal bi-annually, having Prof. (Dr.) G. S. Bajpai as its Editor. The First Joint issue is likely to appear in March 2019.

Centre for Criminology and Victimology has been set up as an exclusive centre for advanced research training, policy analysis and consultancy in the broader fields of criminal law, criminal justice and victimology. The Chief Patron of the centre is Prof. (Dr.) Ranbir Singh with Prof. B. B. Pande as the Patron. Prof. (Dr.) G.S. Bajpai, the registrar of NLU D, is the chairperson of the centre with Mr. Neeraj Tiwari as the coordinator.
