NALSAR University of Law was awarded ‘A’ Grade with CGPA of 3.60 out of 4.00 by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). Among the 58 institutions which were considered by the 13th Standing Committee of NAAC on March 17, 2016, NALSAR secured the highest CGPA. The score is the highest among all the Law Universities in India which has so far been assessed by NAAC. NALSAR has been ranked as number one Law University in the country by several ranking surveys.

The University had submitted its Self Study Report for accreditation in the month of December, 2015 and the Peer Team visited the University during March 3-5, 2016 for assessment and document validation.

Prof. (Dr.) Faizan Mustafa, Vice-Chancellor congratulated the Students, Faculty Members and Administrative Staff for their contribution to achieving the highest score and expressed the hope that the University will soon get high ranking in its proposed international accreditation.
